2: Release transcripts to Missouri S&T

Please download the following the document to send in with your Missouri S&T application for the Geological Engineering program authorizing the Engineer School to release your Phase IV transcript/and or grades to Missouri S&T.

3: Mail or fax completed application packet.

Send the completed Application Form, copies of unofficial transcripts showing evidence of a bachelors degree, your request to release ECCC-RC Phase IV transcript, and a $50 application fee to:

4: Follow-up by requesting official transcripts be sent to Missouri S&T

Arrange to have official transcripts sent from the University that you graduated from directly to the registrar's office at Missouri S&T.
